December Executive Committee Minutes

Due to the Holidaze, the Exec Committee meeting was cancelled for December. Everything seems to be on track. Medieval Faire preparations are going well, Ziggy's got that under control. We chose a mead, a very nice semi-sweet fireweed mead from Ambrosias by Kristie, from Washington State. Ray has gotten Kristie in touch with one of his wine distributors who will be bringing the mead in for us. The pint glasses have been ordered and should be here well before Faire time. In short, everything's on track & we're headed toward another great Faire (weather cooperating).
