Further Adventures in CyBeerSpace
By Mark Tumarkin
At a recent meeting, Dave talked about his expectations on first joining Hogtown Brewers. He said when he came to his first meeting at George P's, he expected to get a tour of the brewery. When he didn't, he was very disappointed. Perhaps George could see into the future and was just trying to delay the inevitable. Dave now looks upon George's garage as his own private brew equipment storage area, just comes over and helps himself whenever he wants.
Anyhow, I'm rambling, the point of this is that the following link has a LOT of neat brew systems to check out. There are a few HB brewer's who have systems that could be on this page. Wayne's brewery and cooler come to mind, as does Dave William's Backpocket system. Maybe this will inspire some of the rest of us - I know I'm way overdue in putting together my all-grain system.
