AHA Club Only Competition

Following is the report on the last AHA Club Only Competition and the Club Point Totals so far. We need to send in some entries so we can see Hogtown Brewers on the winners list. This works out well because our next BOTY style comp is Porter. Let's send the winner as our club entry for the Porter Comp in March. And think about the upcoming AHA competitions as you plan your upcoming brew sessions.

The Kilts and Shillings Scottish Ale Club Only Competition is 
history. Here are the top three finishers:

1st place
Mark Alston and Chris Wilkowske

Scottish Export

2nd place
Jeff Brown
Long Beach Homebrewers (Long Beach, California)
Scottish Heavy

3rd place
Eric Armstrong
Iowa Brewers Union (Des Moines, Iowa)
Scottish Export

There were 35 entries - 6 Scottish Heavy ales and 29 Scottish 
Export ales. Full results and scoresheets will be mailed out soon.

organizing the competition!
