Thai Night

Several weeks ago Sara and Ziggy hosted Thai Night, the club's second theme dinner. The food was soooo good! Some members had to be rolled out. Dave gave a Thai cooking demonstration before the dinner as we all sat around and drank, what else, beer.
Dave and Sara made Spring Rolls, Pad Thai, Loo (Thai Beef Salad), and Tom Yum Gai Soup. This alone was probably enough for all of us. Did I mention how good it was? Other dishes included Cucumber Salad, Braised Chicken, Chicken Sate, Thai Kayla, Zucchini & Corn in Coconut Milk, Sticky Coconut Rice, Curry Pork, and Red & Green Curry.
We've concluded that not only do club members make some of the finest beer, but that we are also some of the finest cooks. Watch out, FoodTV.
