July Club Meeting Minutes

The July meeting was held at Wayne and Sue's house. We had an out-of-town guest, Dennis Bekart, from Tenn. He brought his son, Paul, a new brewer who joined our club at the meeting. Dennis felt happy to know Paul has a good club to help him along. Dennis brought some of his excellent beer with him, so Paul has a brewing tradition to uphold.

Business was brief and at an all time absolute minimum. We pretty much moved right in to the tasting/presentation. Dave and George presented Kolsch and Alt. This was not your usual presentation. It was done in a Monte Hall game show format. Question and Answer, prizes, much fun was had by all. And we learned that identifying these beer styles isn't always easy.

After that, things just degenerated further.
