Medieval Faire Status

We had a planning committee meeting a few nights ago and hashed out most of the details for the Faire. Basically, the situation is this - we don't have to worry about anything but staffing the booth, everything else is pretty much under control or being worked on.

Ray is in charge of scheduling - so please email or call him and give him a firm commitment for the time (times) you'll be able to work at the booth. We know things come up, but basically we're counting on you to be there when you say you can. If you can put in more time, that'd be great. A number of us will be there all four days, but just do what you can. Also, any friends, family, etc that you can talk into helping will be greatly appreciated - and we'll guarantee they'll have a great time.

There will probably be numerous messages between now and the Faire on this topic, so don't get too irritated by the repetition - we just need to be sure to get everyone fired up to be there.
